Embark Center welcomes young people from all backgrounds who seek a different way to learn. Whether they're eager for more challenge, need greater flexibility, or feel limited by conventional school, we offer a supportive space where each person can thrive. We work closely with families to support a shift toward self-directed learning and personal agency.

Step 2: Come see for yourself!

Step 3: Get started with the application process.

If Embark feels like the right fit, the next step is to submit an application. This helps us learn more about the student, their interests, and what they're seeking in a learning community. It’s also the time to indicate whether your family would like to apply for need-based financial aid.

📌 Tuition & Fee Reduction

Embark Center’s tuition is:

  • $13,900/year for full-time enrollment (up to 4 days/week, with. mentor meetings every week)

  • $9,900/year for part-time enrollment (up to 2 days/week, with mentor meetings every other week)

We offer flexible payment options—families may pay in full, in 2–3 installments, or on a monthly schedule, which is the most common.

While we don’t offer traditional financial aid, we do provide need-based tuition reductions funded directly from our operating budget. We use TADS to help assess each family’s financial circumstances and determine a fair tuition amount. You can indicate your interest on the application, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Step 4: Join us for a trial week!

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll arrange a week for your student to immerse themselves in the Embark experience. This helps everyone assess in a real, lived way if Embark Center is the right fit .
